You'll need: Cupcakes: 1/2 Stick (4 tablespoons) butter, softened. 1 Large egg. 1/4 Cup milk. Frosting: 1/2 Stick (4 tablespoons) butter, softened. 2 teaspoons Milk. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan with six paper liners. 2. Blend cupcake mix and butter until mixture becomes sandy. Stir in egg until combined; scrape bowl as needed. 3. Add milk on low speed, mix just until combined. 4. Scoop batter into cupcake papers, filling each cup 2/3 full. 5. Bake cupcakes for 18-20 minutes, or until centers feel firm, and spring back when lightly touched. 6. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then remove from pan.
