Directions	Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cook and consume within 24 hours of thawing. Overnight Thawing: Remove from packaging. Place frozen fillet and plank in shallow pan or tray. Cover with plastic wrap and thaw in refrigerator (at or below 38°F) 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Quick Thawing: Remove from packaging. Place frozen fillet and plank in a sealed bag in a bowl of cold water for approximately 30 minutes. Cook as desired. Oven instructions: Place plank with frozen fish on baking tray or aluminum foil in oven at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature is 145°F. Grilling Instructions: Place plank with thawed on grill over medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature is 145°F. Keep a spray bottle of water available for any flare-ups.
