Directions	Cooking tips: Coat 1 to 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts as directed in steps 1 and 2. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 18 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. For easy clean-up, line baking sheet with foil. Slice and serve baked fish or chicken over Caesar, mixed green or spinach salad. All you need: 1 box Oven Easy® mix. 1 egg, beaten. 1 1/2 lbs fish fillets or shrimp. 1. Pour: Oven Easy® mix into shallow dish or large plastic bag. Cut fish into serving-size pieces or peel and devein shrimp. Moisten with egg. Shake off excess. 2. Coat: Fish or shrimp, several pieces at a time, evenly with Oven Easy® mix. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Discard any remaining mix. 3. Bake: As directed below or until fish is golden brown around edges and flakes easily with a fork. Bake fish fillets in preheated 375 degrees F oven 15 to 20 minutes. If fish fillets are very thin, coat top side only and bake 10 to 15 minutes. Bake shrimp in preheated 400 degrees F oven 10 to 12 minutes. Best with tilapia, flounder, trout, catfish or shrimp. Serve with McCormick® cocktail sauce or fat free tartar sauce.
