Ingredients Needed: 1 cup Foodstirs Organic Sunday Stacks Pancake Mix. 1 egg. 2 Tablespoons melted butter. 1/3 cup milk. 1/4 cup plain yogurt. Tools You'll Need: Frying pan or griddle. Spatula. Mixing bowl. Non-stick cooking spray. Wire whisk. Wooden spoon. Measuring spoon. Measuring cup. Baking Instructions. 1. Preheat griddle to 375˙, lightly grease with oil, butter or non-stick cooking spray. 2. Whisk egg, then slowly add melted butter & whisk until slightly thickened.
