Place fillet on microwave safe dish. 3. Microwave on high for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until fillet reaches 170 degrees F internal temperature. Tip-for crispier breading, remove encrusted fillet from pouch and place on a clean paper towel on a microwave safe plate. Cover with another paper towel and microwave for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes on 50% power. Let stand for 30 seconds before serving. Appliances may vary, heating times are approximate.
