Directions	Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Skillet: in a lightly oiled, non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, brown patties for 1 minute on each side. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side until meat thermometer inserted in patty registers 170 degrees F. Grill: lightly oil both patties and grill. Place patties on hottest area of grill for 1 minute on each side to brown. Move patties toward the outside of grill; continue to cook for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side until meat thermometer inserted in patty registers 170 degrees F. Appliances vary.
