Directions	Instructions: Needed: 1 1/2 cups (12 fl oz) whole milk 1 1/2 cups (12 fl oz) heavy cream. In a 2-quart sauce pan, combine 1 1/2 cups whole milk, 1 1/2 cups heavy cream with contents of dessert mix packet. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. When bubbles first break the surface, continue to boil and stir for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into six 4oz oven-safe custard dishes or souffle dishes. Let stand 1 hr at room temperature. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle the surface with contents of sugar packet and broil 1-3 minutes (using top rack of oven) until browned on the surface. Serve immediately. Yields 6 servings.
