Directions	Basic directions - 1 serving - Water or milk - 1 1/4 cup. Salt (optional) - dash. Cream of Buckwheat® - 1/4 cup. 2 servings - Water or milk - 2 1/2 cups. Salt (optional) - 1/2 tsp. Cream of Buckwheat® - 1/2 cup. 4 servings - Water or milk - 5 cups. Salt (optional) - 3/4 tsp. Cream of Buckwheat® - 1 cup. 1. Bring water or milk and salt to boil. 2. Stirring constantly, slowly add cream of Buckwheat®. 3. Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes stirring frequently. Grits: Cream of Buckwheat® makes wonderful grits. Follow directions above. Serve with butter and season to taste. Special diets and infants: Infants and individuals on special diets thrive on Cream of Buckwheat® cereal. It is wheat free and gluten free which makes it extremely easy to digest (digests slowly).
