Directions	Mild great guacamole. You will need: 2 ripe avocados (about 2 cups mashed). Directions: Cut avocados in half; remove pits and peel or scoop out pulp with a spoon. In a bowl, mash avocados with a fork until smooth. Add 1 pkg. Mild Great Guacamole Mix. Stir until thoroughly blended. Cover tightly. Chill 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Serve as a dip or use as a topping for tacos, nachos, fajitas, sandwiches and hamburgers. Makes 2 cups. Best when used within 2-3 hours. Variations: Mix in 1/4 cup sour cream or fat-free sour cream before chilling. Stir 1 cup chopped tomato (1 medium tomato) into guacamole before serving. Best when used by date on edge of package.
