Directions	Cooking instructions: To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking. Continue to cook on medium (50%) power for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Remove from microwave and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Uncover and fluff with a fork.
