Color Ingredient: Red: Water, Sugar, Red 40, Modified Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Preserved With (Sodium Benzoate And Potassium Sorbate).
Yellow: Water, Sugar, FD&C Yellow 5, Modified Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Preserved With (Sodium Benzoate And Potassium Sorbate).
Blue: Water, Sugar, Propylene Glycol, FD&C Blue 1, Modified Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, FD&C Red3, Preserved With (Sodium Benzoate And Potassium Sorbate).
Chocolate Chip Ingredients: Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Anhydrous Milkfat, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin (An Emulsifier), Natural Flavor, And Salt.

What you will need:
First: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Soften (but don't completely melt) 6 tbsp. of butter in microwave.
Mix: In a large bowl, beat cookie mix, softened butter, and 3 egg whites (no yolks) with an electric mixer on low speed just until moistened. Dough will be stiff. Stir in mini chocolate chips then knead into dough to distribute the chips evenly.
Color: Divide dough into six equal portions (each slightly less than a 1/2 cup) and place into individual bowls. Next, use a pair of scissors to carefully clip a tiny corner from each color packet, then add color gel to each portions of cookie dough in the following order:
Orange: 5 Drops of yellow plus 2 drops of red.
Green: 9 Drops of yellow plus 1 drop of blur.
Yellow: Use remainder of the yellow packet.
Blue: 5 Drops of blue.
Purple: 6 Drops of red plus 1 drop of blue.
Red: Use remainder of the red packet.
Thoroughly stir color drops into each portion of dough until it becomes a solid color. To avoid muddying the colors, clean the spoon between dough colors (or just use a separate spoon for each portion of dough).
Drop: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheets. Each colored dough portion will make approximately 5 cookies.
Bake: Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are set and tops appear dry. Do not over bake. Cool for at least 2 minutes; remove from baking sheets. Cool completely. Store covered. Individually results may vary.
