Directions Shake before use. Refrigerate unused portion good for 7 days. Ready to use. Do not dilute. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days. Freeze leftover stock in freezable container or ice cube trays. Store frozen stock cubes in a resealable plastic bag and use within 60 days. Recommended use by date on package. Side Dishes: Replace water with stock when preparing stuffing, rice, barley, couscous, quinoa or lentils. For richly flavored gravy, add stock instead of water to roast turkey pan drippings and thicken as desired. Main Dishes & Soups: Make hearty dishes using stock as a base for stews, casseroles and slow cooker recipes. Adds full-bodied flavor to soups such as turkey noodle soup. Turkey Noodle Soup: Prep Time: 15 minutes. Cook Time: 35 minutes. 1 Tbsp. Oil. 2 Cups Chopped Carrots. 1 Cup Thinly sliced celery. 1 Cup Chopped Onion. 1 Tsp. McCormick Gourmet Thyme™ Leaves. 1 Leaf McCormick Gourmet™ Turkish Bay Leaves. 4 Cups Kitchen Basics® Original Turkey Stock. 1 Cup Medium Egg Noodles. 1 lb. Cooked Turkey, Cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 cups). 1 Tbsp. McCormick Gourmet™ Parsley Flakes. Heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add carrots, celery, onion, thyme and bay leaf; cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is softened. Add stock; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 minutes or until carrots are tender. Stir in noodles and cooked turkey; cook 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in parsley. Remove bay leaf before serving. Makes 6 servings.
