Recipe size - 8 cups. Ground beef - 2 lb. Chili seasoning mix - 1/2 cup. Diced tomatoes, undrained - 2 (14 1/2oz) can. Kidney beans, undrained - 2 (15oz) can. Recipe size - 12 cups. Ground beef - 3 lb. Chili seasoning mix - 3/4 cup. Diced tomatoes, undrained - 3 (14 1/2oz) can. Kidney beans, undrained - 3 (15oz) can. Assorted toppings: Shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream. Directions: 1. Brown meat in skillet or saucepan on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings, if desired. For larger batches, additional cooking time may be needed. Try this twist!
