Directions	Make 8 Gorditas in 3 Easy Steps! You Will Need: 1 lb. Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 Tablespoon butter and 1/2 cup water. 1. Cut chicken into thin strips. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink in center. Stir in water and Seasoning Mix. Cook uncovered 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. 2. Remove tortillas from bag. To heat in microwave, place stack of tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with microwavable waxed paper. Microwave on High 45 seconds to 1 1/2 minutes until warm. (To heat in oven, wrap tortillas in foil; place on cookie sheet.
