What you need:
1lb. Lean ground beef.
Chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream.
1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add Seasoning Mix and 3/4 cup water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, bake Taco Shells in oven on baking sheet at 300°F for 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. Remove Tortillas from foil wrapper; place on microwaveable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high 30 sec.
Caution: Do not heat Taco Shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk.
3. Spread each tortilla with 4 tsp. Velveeta Cheese Sauce; top with taco shell. Fold tortillas over shells; fill with meat, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Makes 6 servings, 1 Taco each. To warm Velveeta Cheese Sauce: Empty Cheese Sauce into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 1 min. or until hot, stirring after 30 sec.
Caution: Do not put Velveeta Cheese Sauce pouch in microwave.

Try Veggie or Chicken Tacos!
Substitute 4 cups Mixed Fresh Veggies for ground beef. Cook and stir veggies for 10 min. Continue as directed.
Substitute 1lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, for the ground beef. Use cooking spray as necessary.
