Directions	Keep frozen. Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Remove overwrap. Place tray on microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve Toaster Oven: Remove over wrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.

Other Description	After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Macaroni and cheese is a favorite comfort food for both children and adults. Unfortunately many people are not able to tolerate gluten, dairy and soy. After years of recipe testing, we found delicious, dairy-free Daiya Cheeze™ to go with our tender organic rice pasta. This dish is so tasty that people will no longer have to miss out on their favorite "mac and cheese." Daiya deliciously dairy-free®. Gluten Free: Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of "Gluten Free" entrees with all the delicious flavor of our regular entrees, but containing no gluten.
