Directions	20 led string lights for mercury jack o lantern instructions: 1. Gently push down and slide off the top of the LED string lights battery compartment cover. 2. Install 3 "AA" batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. Make sure that the battery polarity (+/-) is as indicated. (see Fig. 1). 3. Slide on the top of the battery compartment cover. 4. Use the On-Off timer switch on the bottom of the battery compartment to turn LED string lights On, Off or timer (6 hour timer)* position. (see Fig. 2). 5. If not set to timer position, switch to Off when not in use. *Built-in automatic timer function. When switch is set to timer position, the LEDs will turn on for 6 hours and then automatically turn off for a period of 18 hours. If the timer function settings are not changed, the LEDs will automatically turn on and off at the same time each day. Battery notice: Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel Cadmium) batteries. Replace all batteries at one time. To avoid leakage or explosion, do not put batteries in fire. Remove batteries if consumed or if product is to be left unused for a long period of time. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the devices prior to battery installation.
