Directions	Keep frozen. Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Cooking directions: Stove top: 1. Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. 2. Add chopped kale and 1/2 teaspoon salt, if desired. 3. Bring rapidly to a second boil separating with fork to hasten thawing. 4. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 8-10 minutes. 5. Drain and serve. Microwave: 1. Place kale and 2 tablespoons water in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover. 2. Cook on high for 4-6 minutes. Stir. 3. Cook on high for another 1-2 minutes or until tender.
