Directions	How do I use children's Coldcalm®? 1. Pull tab first. Turn tube upside down and twist pellet dispenser. 2. Twist until 5 pellets have fallen into cap. Carefully remove cap. 3. Use cap to pour pellets under the tongue and allow them to dissolve. Children 3 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Then, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue every 2 hours until symptoms are relieved. Children under 3 years of age: Ask a doctor.
