Swallow whole; do not crush, chew or dissolve. Do not take more than 10 caplets in 24 hours. Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor. Store between 20 - 25°C (68 - 77°F). Do not take the day and night caplets at the same time. Do not take more than a total of 10 caplets in a 24 hour period. Take only as directed.
