Wash tops with fresh water wash and dip into coarse sugar. Fruit sticks can be baked frozen and finished after baking with powdered sugar or white icing. For best results bake fruit sticks frozen. Baking. Times and temperatures should be as follows: Oven: Time (Minutes)/ Mini 7" fruit sticks. Conventional: Temperature - 380 degrees F to 400 degrees F. Rack: 375 degrees.
