Directions | Cooking instructions: On the stove: 1. In a quart pan, bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. 2. Stir in 1 cup of Super Lucky Elephant jasmine rice. 3. Cover tightly and simmer at medium heat for 15 minutes. 4. Remove from the heat, but keep covered for 5 minutes, fluff with fork and serve. You may also use a rice cooker for the same delicious results. For firmer rice, put less water and simmer for a shorter time. Store in a cool dry place or refrigerate for longer shelf life. |
