Directions	For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F as measured by an instant-read food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove-top directions: Heat 1/4 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add vegetables. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. Microwave directions: Important: do not microwave in bag.
