Other Description | Working with nature. Organic farming and pests. How we grow our food matters. That's why organic farmers use nature as an ally in their farming practices. When it comes to dealing with pests, organic farmers don't rely on synthetic pesticides. Rather, by fostering habitat for beneficial insects that prey on crop pests or by rotating crops to break crop pest cycles, organic farmers use the natural food web to help protect their crops. The result is a natural pest management system that is good for crops. It's agriculture through nature, bringing us food just the way it should be. Certified Organic: This product is certified organic by Washington State Department of Agriculture in accordance with the organic standards of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
