Thank you for buying our very special Cape Cod potato chips. We are very particular about our potato chips. To maintain the highest-level quality, we begin by working with small farmers from Maine to Florida to ensure a steady supply of select potatoes. We cook them the old fashioned way - by hand, one small batch at a time. We believe the combination of high-quality potatoes and our special kettle-cooking process produces a crispier chip with a heartier potato flavor. Drop us a line, or stop by and say hello.
Everyone at Cape Cod potato chips.
Kettle-cooked in 100% pure canola oil.
At Cape Cod, we use only the best ingredients in making our kettle chips. That's why we insist on cooking in 100% canola oil, which has the lowest saturated fat content of all commercially used vegetable oils. Canola oil is also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and is rich in Vitamin E. Cooking in canola oil allows the delicious natural flavor of our potatoes to come through.
