Add 1/4 cup water. 2) Bring water to full boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium. 3) Cover & cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4) Uncover and cook 2 more minutes. 5) Drain. For food safety and best quality cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F.
