Directions | Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave Oven: (1100 watt). 1. Remove tray from carton and puncture film 3 to 4 times. 2. Heat on high setting for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, rotating once during heating. 3. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns.
