Directions Keep frozen. Easy one-pan prep: 1. Place sauce packets in hot water to warm. 2. Add 1 tbsp. oil to a nonstick skillet; coat skillet evenly. 3. Place frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat-side down, leaving space between potstickers. 4. Add water (See chart below). Bring to boil. Cover and simmer on medium-high 8 minutes. 5. Uncover. Continue cooking until water has evaporated and bottoms of potstickers are lightly browned. Do not move potstickers during cooking. Skillet size ... Water. 8-inch ... 1/2 Cup. 10-inch ... 2/3 Cup. 12-inch ... 1 Cup. Alternate cooking methods: Boil (Traditional method): 1. Place sauce packets in hot water to warm. 2. Fill saucepan three-quarters full with water. 3. Bring to boil; add frozen potstickers. 4. Return water to boil; boil 5 to 6 minutes. Drain well. To brown (Optional): Coat nonstick skillet evenly with oil. Place potstickers in a single layer in the skillet, flat-side down. Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Do not move potstickers during cooking. Please follow cooking instructions carefully and be sure to cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. Appliances vary. Adjustments may be necessary to cook thoroughly.
