Directions	Directions. Wash and dry wings, place in a bowl and smother with Uncle Dougie's for 10-15 min, mix well so wings are completely coated. For spicier wings, marinade for a half hour or more - the longer, the spicier! Grill: Place on hot grill. Brush on Uncle Dougie's wing marinade while grilling to turn up the heat. Finish with your favorite Uncle Dougie's BBQ Sauce to add a sweet, smokey glaze. Oven: Place marinated wings in a 1" deep baking pan. Pour remaining marinade from the bowl over the wings. Bake at 425 degrees for 60 min, turning occasionally. After 60 min, drain marinade and bake to desired crispness (20 - 30m in longer). Refrigerate after opening.
