Directions	Pam-cakes: 1 Bag (100g) pamela's baking & pancake mix. 1 Large egg (or equivalent of liquid egg replacer). 1/2 Cup water. 2 tsp Oil. Mix all ingredients together until there are no lumps. Batter should not be too thin or too thick. Pour batter onto a pre-heated, lightly oiled griddle (medium to medium/low heat, or 350° for electric griddles), flip once. Serve immediately. Yields six-3 inch pancakes.
