Directions	For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Use Shady Brook Farms® turkey breast chops any way you would use boneless pork chops. They are 99% fat free, and they taste great! Skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Add chops to pan so they do not touch. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey chop. Grill: Preheat lightly oiled grill between medium and high heat, about 500 to 700 degrees F. Add chops to cooking surface so they do not touch. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey chop.
