Directions	You will need: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place chicken on a plate. Put chicken in a single layer in parchment bag. 4. Fold the open edge of the bag under twice and crease well. 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes before opening bag and serving. The USDA recommends cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
