Directions	You will need. 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place chicken on a plate. Open one seasoning packet* and evenly sprinkle over both sides of chicken. Press in place with the back of a spoon. 3. Place parchment bag seam side up on baking sheet. Put chicken in a single layer in parchment bag. 4. Fold the open edge of the bag under twice and crease well. 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes before opening bag and serving. The USDA recommends cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Chef suggests: Use 1 lb boneless pork chops instead of chicken. Internal temperature should reach 145 degrees F before serving.
