Directions	Keep Frozen. Preparation: Defrosting - Remove from inner vacuum pouch and thaw overnight in refrigerator on plate covered with plastic wrap. For faster thaw place inner vacuum pouch under running cold water for 10-12 min. and remove from pouch. Cooking Instructions: To Bake; Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place thawed fillets on a greased baking dish brush with melted butter or oil and season to your preference. Bake on center rack for approximately for 20 min. at 400 degrees F. To Broil; Pre-heat broiler. Place thawed fillets on greased broiler pan and brush with melted butter on oil and season to your preference. Cook 4-6 inches from heat for 5 min. per side depending on thickness. To Pan Fry; Dip thawed fillets in seasoned flour. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Cook for 3-5 min. per side until golden brown. To Microwave; Place thawed seasoned fillets in microwave safe dish, brush with oil or butter and season to your preference then cover. Cook on high for 4-5 min. Checking half way thru. Let stand 1 min. before serving. (Stoves and Microwaves can vary in temperature and Fish fillets may vary in thickness so checking prior to completion to see that fillets can be easily flaked with a fork is indication fish is done.)
