Directions Keep frozen. Easy to prepare: Thaw: Remove fillet from vacuum pouch and place on plate covered tightly in plastic wrap. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For faster thaw, place fillet still sealed in vacuum pouch, under cold running water for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from pouch immediately. Do not refreeze. Bake: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place thawed fillet with sauce on a greased baking dish. Bake on center rack. Thawed: Bake approximately 25 minutes until done. Frozen: Bake 30 - 35 minutes until done. Microwave: Place thawed fillet on microwave safe dish, brush with sauce, then cover. Cook on 70% power for 4 - 5 minutes, checking halfway through. Let stand about one minute before serving. Grill: When coals are ready (powdery white with red glow) spread evenly. On gas grill, set to medium heat. Brush thawed fillet with sauce, wrap in foil. Grill for 4 - 5 minutes per side, until done. Cooking times and temperatures may vary. To test for doneness: Temperature: check with a meat thermometer. Internal temperature should be at least 145 degrees F. Appearance: use a fork to see if the inside of the fillet is opaque and flakes easily. Remove plastic before cooking. We strive to produce a fully "boneless" product. As with all fish occasional bones may still be present.
