Directions	Cook & serve. Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Cooking directions: Remove pouch from box, but do not puncture pouch will expand naturally, and may pop open, as your food steams its way to perfection. In the microwave: 1. Place pouch on microwave-safe plate. 2. Cook on high for 5 minutes. (This time based on an 1100-watt oven-if you're not sure about your oven's wattage, try experimenting to get the best results). 3.
