Traditional Icelandic - Skyr has been a provision of Icelanders for a thousand years. It's thick, creamy and packed with protein. Our traditional Icelandic skyr is not too tart, not too sweet and full of flavor. It is distinct from yogurt because we use Heirloom Skyr Cultures. No rBGH. Contains probiotics. Grade A. Protein 17g.
