Directions	Product needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Microwave: Do not puncture or open this steam bag before microwaving. Directions were developed for 1100 watt and higher microwave ovens. Cooking in microwave ovens below 1100 watts will require additional time to reach proper temperature. Massage package to break apart contents. Lay unopened bag in microwave oven, this side up. Evenly distribute product inside. Microwave on high 4-1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from cool corner. Open carefully. Stovetop: Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add quinoa mixture and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot throughout. For food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate discard leftovers immediately. Tips from our test kitchen. Serve as a warm or chilled salad. For a dressing, combine 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/4 tsp. ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a spicy flavor with chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce or fresh or jarred jalapeno peppers or hot sauce.
