Like Sea Bass? Try this. Let's get cooking!
Parchment.
Sauce.
Fish.
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400°F and grab a baking sheet.
1. Place: Spread parchment open on baking sheet. Unwrap fish and place the frozen fillet on one side. Remove sauce cubes from tray and place on top of the fish. Then fold parchment in half to cover the fish.
2. Seal: Starting at the top, fold the edges of the parchment, up and press, making short, tight overlapping creases as you work your way around to seal the packet. Tuck the last edge underneath.
3. Bake: Place baking sheet on center rack of the oven. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 145°F. Cook time may vary.
Do not thaw. Cook frozen.
Grill Option:
In place of parchment, wrap fish and sauce in foil. Grill for 25-30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 145°F. No need to flip.
Caution: Product, steam, and baking sheet will be hot.
Wild about veggies?
Add a handful of your favorites (fresh or frozen) on top of fish and sauce in Step 1, before moving to Step 2.

Other Description |
We Love Barramundi:
Often called Asian Seabass, Barramundi has a meaty texture, mild flavor, and contains the most omega-3s out of any common whitefish. We buy ours from our friend Josh, whose open-ocean Barramundi farm in Vietnam is the first and only to earn Monterey Bay Seafood Watch's "Best Choice" rating. He is a true pioneer in responsible aquaculture; raising the cleanest, healthiest fish you can buy, while providing local workers living wages, full benefits, and meaningful work.
Wild about fish:
Fish is the perfect protein. It's lean and a great source of omega-3s, and is gentler on the planet than farming poultry or beef.
Wild about you:
Enjoy authentic, regional recipes + tender, juicy fish. Our sauces are made from scratch in our kitchen using authentic, regional recipes and natural ingredients. You cook the fish using a traditional french technique called 'En Papillote' which steams it to keep it tender and juicy.
Where is this fish from?
Farm: Australia.
Location: Van Phong Bay, Vietnam.
Best Aquaculture Practices Certified (BAP).
Ever wonder why we leave the skin on some of our fish?
It's one of the many ways we use to confirm the species. We guarantee your're getting the right type of fish and not a substitute.
