Directions	Soup directions: For a single serving of clear chicken soup add 1 teaspoon of mix to 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally and simmer for 3 minutes. Add to soup: cooked chicken parts, parsley and cooked vegetable strips, cooked rice or noodles. Add to casseroles or gravies for extra chicken flavor. Microwave: add 1 teaspoon of mix to 1 cup of water, stir and microwave at high (100%), for 5 minutes. For a richer chicken soup: add parsley leaves and sliced carrots, microwave at high for 10 minutes. Cooking times are based on full power (600 to 700 watt) microwave ovens.
