For the porkless bites.
Stove top is best: heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add frozen porkless bites, cook 6-8 mins, turning often until crisp and golden. Let rest 1 minute, then toss with warmed sauce.
Oven/toaster oven: preheat to 400 degrees F. On a non-stick baking sheet, bake frozen porkless bites for 8-9 minutes, turn, then bake another 8-9 minutes until golden and crispy. Let rest 1 minute, then toss with warmed sauce.
Tip: cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
For the sauce pack:
Place pack in bowl of hot water for 3 mins to defrost.
Microwave: pour sauce into microwave safe bowl. Microwave 1-2 minutes until hot. Mix well with heated porkless bites and serve.
Stove top: pour sauce into small sauce pan. Heat on low heat until warm. Mix well with heated porkless bites and serve.

Better than take-out:
Cook porkless bites according to directions above and set aside. In a non-stick frypan, saute pineapple cubes and set aside. Then saute cubed red and green peppers, and onion for a few minutes. Return pineapples and porkless bites to pan, add warmed sweet and sour sauce, and mix well. Garnish with sesame seeds and/or thinly sliced green onions and serve!
