Keep frozen.
Conventional Oven: 18 mins.
Preheat to 430 degrees F. When your oven is hot, bake frozen tenders for 16-20 mins, turning once, until crispy (oven temperature may vary).
Toaster oven: 20 mins.
Preheat to 430 degrees F. When your oven is hot, bake frozen tenders for 18-22 mins, turning once, until crispy.
Short on time? 8 mins.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
On an oven/microwave safe dish, first microwave (1000w) 2 frozen tenders for 15 seconds on high. Then bake in the oven for 8-10 mins, turning once, until crispy.
Remember: let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook - it's not meat!
Cook until internal temp is 165 degrees F [minimum].

Spoon on a little of your favorite marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella or parmesan cheese (or vegan option) on each tender. Return to oven and bake until melted. Sprinkle with parmesan and crushed red pepper if desired. Thanks mom!
