Toaster oven: 20 mins. Preheat to 430 degrees F. When your oven is hot, bake frozen tenders for 18-22 mins, turning once, until crispy. Short on time? 8 mins. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. On an oven/microwave safe dish, first microwave (1000w) 2 frozen tenders for 15 seconds on high. Then bake in the oven for 8-10 mins, turning once, until crispy.
