Directions Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: simply remove packaging & cook from frozen as follows. For best results, cook in the oven. Oven - 25 mins. Pre-heat oven 425 degrees F. Place frozen cutlets in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning Cutlets half way through cooking time. Microwave - 2 mins. Line a microwaveable plate with a double layer of paper towels. Arrange frozen cutlets in a single layer on paper towels. For 1 cutlet, heat on high for 1-1 1/2 minutes, turning cutlets half way through cooking time. For 2 cutlets, add I minute to cooking time noted for 1 cutlet. Note: ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating. Storage instructions: keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn Garlic & Herb Chik'n Cutlets will keep for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
