Open both ends of package. 2. Separate sandwiches inside the package. 3. Place thawed 2-pack in microwave and use a "high" setting for 55 seconds. Microwave* - Prep from frozen: 1. Open 2-pack, remove chicken portions from buns and place chicken on microwave safe plate. 2. Microwave chicken only for 80 seconds, reassemble sandwiches, then heat an additional 20 seconds.
