Directions | Keep frozen. Preparation: Defrosting remove from inner vacuum pouch and thaw in refrigerator on plate covered with plastic wrap. For faster thaw place inner vacuum pouch under running cold water for 10-15 minutes and remove from pouch. Cooking instructions: Bake; pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place thawed fillet with sauce on a greased baking dish. Bake on center rack for approximately 25 minutes. If frozen bake for 30-35 minutes. Broil; preheat broiler. Place thawed fillet on greased broiler pan and brush with melted butter or oil. Season to your preference. Cook 4-6 inches from heat for about 5 minutes per side depending on thickness. Fry: preheat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in skillet on medium heat. Dip thawed fillets in seasoned flour or corn meal. Cook 4-6 minutes per side. Microwave; place thawed marinated fillet in microwave safe dish, brush with oil or butter then cover. Cook on 70% power for 4-5 minutes checking half way thru. Let stand 1 minute before serving. (Stove temperature and microwave power vary. Cooking times may require adjustment. Ensure product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F/74 degrees C). Keep frozen until preparation. Refrigerate after thawing. |
