Directions	30 Minutes prep time. 12-14 Minutes cook time. Makes about 24 cookies. Ingredients Needed: Foodstirs Organic Sweet Tooth Sugar Cookie Mix. 1 egg. 12 tbsp unsalted butter, cold (cubed). Tools You'll Need: Cookie sheet. Measuring spoons. Mixing bowl. Electric mixer. Wooden spoon. Plastic wrap. Cookie cutters (optional). Baking Instructions: 1. In mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on low speed or by hand until creamy, then blend in egg. 2. Slowly add dry Organic Sweet Tooth Sugar Cookie Mix and blend until all incorporated. 3. Gather dough into a ball and flatten into a disc. 4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes, or until dough is firm. 5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove dough from freezer. Form dough into tablespoon size balls and place cookies 2" apart on parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes. 6. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then move to wire rack to cool. Enjoy! Cut Out cookies: Follow steps 1-4 above. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a floured surface for rolling out dough. Roll dough to about 1/4" thick and cut with 2" cookie cutter. Place cookies 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then move to wire rack to cool. Decorate and enjoy!
