Directions	10 Minutes prep time. 17-25 Minutes cook time. Makes 2 cakes or about 18 cupcakes. Ingredients Needed: Foodstirs Organic Simply Sweet Vanilla Cake Mix. 3 eggs. 9 tbsp butter, room temp. 6 tbsp milk. 6 tbsp yogurt (Greek or plain). Tools You'll Need: 2 - 8" Round pans. OR 2" - 8" Square pans. OR 13" x 9" Baking pan. Mixer (Optional). Wire whisk. Mixing bowl. Non-stick cooking spray. Measuring spoons. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat pans with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. 2. With mixer at low speed, mix all ingredients until just combined; scrape bowl. Turn mixer to high & beat for 1 minute, scraping bowl as needed.* *If you don't have an electric mixer, substitute with melted butter and whisk by hand. 3.
