Directions | Refrigerate after opening. Ricos cheesy enchiladas: Bbrown 1 lb of ground beef with 1 cup of chopped onions and add 2 cups of Ricos gourmet nacho cheese sauce. Use a moderate amount of the meat mixture to fill and roll desired amount of softened corn tortillas. Continue until dish is filled. Pour remaining cheese sauce over enchiladas and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes. Ricos supreme nachos: Heat Ricos gourmet nacho cheese sauce on medium heat. In a separate saucepot heat chili on medium heat. Layer chili and Ricos cheese sauce onto Ricos nacho chips. Top with sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, onions and black olives. |
