Directions	Microwave: 1. Remove tray from outer package. 2. Place tray in microwave and heat on high for 3-5 minutes. 3. Peel top film from corner carefully, allowing hot steam to escape. Oven: 1. Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat to 400°F. 2. Remove tray from outer package. Peel away and discard top film. 3. Important: Place tray on cookie sheet, not directly on rack. 4. Cook about 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature of 165°F has been reached, flipping ribs over halfway through cooking. Food is ready when internal temperature reaches 165°. Important: Do not place tray directly on oven rack or handle when hot. Cooking times may vary with each individual oven. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
