Because microwaves, stove tops and saucepans differ, you may need to adjust heat times. Microwave Directions: 1. Remove lid. Peel back film slightly to vent Place container in microwave. 2. Microwave on medium (50% power) for 3 minutes. Do not microwave on high. Carefully peel back film and stir contents. 3. Re-cover with film and continue to heat at 50% power for an additional 4 minutes or until hot. Let stand for 1 minute. Remove container from microwave using "stay cool" handles.
